How does the "30-Day Paid Trial" work?

It is a low-risk "dating phase" before we get married. We treat the first month as a standalone engagement with no 6-month commitment. You get full access to my "Partner" or "Department" level services immediately. At the end of 30 days, if we decide not to move forward with a long-term retainer, the hours used during the month are simply billed at my standard On-Demand rate (US$400/hr), and the relationship ends cleanly. If we proceed, you lock in the discounted package rate for the 6-month term.

Yes. I offer a "Launchpad" package for US$1,000. This is designed to get your legal foundation built in one week. It includes 4 essential contract templates (customized for your business model) and 2 hours of my time to tailor them and discuss your strategy. It’s a flat fee to get you "investor-ready" without burning your seed round on legal fees.

What is your standard turnaround time (SLA)?

My standard SLA is 2 business days for low level complexity work. For recurring "Partner" and "Department" clients, you get priority status, meaning I often turn low complexity work within 24 hours. For "On-Demand" clients, work is delivered within 48 hours. If you need a "Rush Job" (same day delivery), urgency fees apply for On-Demand clients but are waived for recurring retainer clients.

How does billing and payment work?

I automate the admin so we can focus on the work. For Recurring Plans: Payments are processed automatically via Credit Card on the 1st of the month. Wire transfers are available upon request. For On-Demand: New clients pay a retainer based on the initial matter's complexity. Once trust is established (after the first invoice), you unlock Net-30 payment terms. Cancellations: I respect your time, and I ask you to respect mine. Last-minute meeting cancellations (under 24h) are billable.

Is Slack access included?

Direct Slack integration is a perk of the Retainer Relationship. For "Partner" and "Department" clients, I join your internal Slack workspace. You can DM me quick questions without worrying about "opening a file." For On-Demand clients, Slack access is available as a +$1,000/month add-on; otherwise, all communication is handled via email and scheduled video calls.
